Extract data containing certain words

I have an Excel spreadsheet with a column of one of two words, which are Postive or Negative, and another column of numbers beside it. I want to extract only the Negative words and the numbers beside them. My data starts in cell BN16 and there are both blank cells and cells with various words above my data. Can anyone please tell me a non array formula to do this. Or an array formula if it is not possible without an array.

To complicate it, at the end of next year, I will also want to extract the numbers from column AH that do not have a check mark beside them and put them at the top of column AH, starting in row 16, so that it appears the way it does in column AH in this picture, and I want to extract the words beside them and place them in column AF, as shown in the picture, then extract the numbers from column AC that do not have a check mark beside them and put them immediately below that, in the first blank row below that, in column AH and extract the words beside them and also place them in column AF, so that my final result is that all of the unposted transactions at the end of last year that are still unposted at the end of this year and all of this year's transactions that are unposted at the end of this year are in column AH, and their corresponding words are in column AF. I hope you understand.

I wrote the first question late last night, and I did not have my laptop or data in front of me when I wrote it, so my apologies, but my true question is in my previous reply along with the photo.

Sorry, my data is in columns AA and AC. There may be words and numbers in these columns all the way down to, and including, row 415, but some rows may be blank, depending on how many transactions there are this year. I want to extract the numbers from column AC that do not have a check mark beside them and put them at the top of column AH, starting in row 16, so that it appears the way it does in column AH in this picture, and I want to extract the words beside them and place them in column AF, as shown in the picture. The cell references for the check boxes are on the same rows as the boxes in columns BW and BY, respectively (i.e., the TRUE or FALSE for the boxes in AD are in BW and for the boxes in AI, they are in BY).
