Unable to insert row / column in the excel.

Tried full reinstallation also. But still not working. When I click right button, "Insert" is permanently disabled.

Any help ?

    Hi Switzer,

We are glad to help you on this issue.

If the issue only happens to a specific workbook, is the workbook protected? If the sheet is protected, check whether the “Insert columns” and “insert rows” are unticked.

If the scenario is different, please provide us the information below for more investigation:

    1. Does “permanently disabled” mean the button greyed out?
    2. Does the issue happen to only a specific workbook or all workbooks even a new created one?
    3. Please provide us an example workbook to test by our side. You can upload the test workbook in the private message I sent to you via this link.

    Thanks,

    Rena
