Cannot activate Virtual Server

Dear All,
I have Windows Server 2016 Standard running with 20cores. This server has HyperV service running with 2 another Windows Server 2016.
I was using both servers without any issue since last 3 years. I just re-installed Server 2016 to one of the virtual servers last week.
And now, I cannot activate this new server.
I added AVMA key successfully
My edition is Server Standard
Do you have any idea?
