Hi Jih,

We are glad to help you on the issue.

Did you check if the issue will happen when you open Excel application in safe mode? Safe mode helps us identify if the issue is related to an Excel add-ins.

Open Office apps in safe mode on a Windows PC

If the issue doesn't happen in safe mode and since you confirm the issue is not related to MySQL add-in, we suggest you disable other add-ins and start Excel normally to see if the issue disappears, identify if other add-in causes the issue.

If the issue persists, we'd like to confirm the following information for troubleshooting:

1.In Excel, please go to File>Account, then capture a full screenshot of Product Information and share it with us.

(To protect your privacy, please mask your email address.)

2.When the issue appears, please capture a screenshot of "it still appear another annoying blank excel window".

3.Do you have the issue before? What did you do before the issue happens? (Update Office or Windows?)

Thanks,

Tina
