Excel add-in issue

I recently downloaded an the EIA excel add-in. It works great, but every time I restart Excel, the add-in disappears from my top ribbon. When I look at my Excel add-ins from the options menu, it says it is active. The only way I can get the ribbon back is to go through the options menu to the manage excel add-ins window and deactivate it, then go through the options menu again to activate it. Also, whenever I deactivate/activate the add-in it brings up the "Microsoft Office has identified a potential security concern" window and forces me to click enable. I've managed to get that security window to go away by going through the trust center, but my main problem still persists. Is there any way I can get the ribbon to stay up when I restart excel without having to go through this tedious process.

Hi Jrous36,

Thanks for sharing your experience on our forum.

I would like to explain that as EIA add-in is third part add-in, the issue may be related to it.

Given the situation, I suggest you contact EIA support to solve the issue.

Thanks for your understanding.

Qing
