I can log into my emails on the Microsoft Outlook Web App when at work using a work PC, but when I try to log in at home on my laptop I get the message Bad Request. I've tried using Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox but the same thing happens with all 3 browsers. Please help. Thank you

    Hi Lindsey,

You may clear all browsers’ caches, temporarily disable all anti-virus software on your PC, then login Outlook web App again via browser InPrivate mode to see if issue persists. To further scope this issue, please change another network connections instead of your Home and Work network to see if you can login to Outlook Web App.

If issue persists, I’d like to collect the following information for analyzing:

    1. About Outlook Web App, whether you referred to https://outlook.office365.com/owa/, or  https://outlook.live.com/owa/ ?
    2. May I know if your account is Office 365 for Business online account?
    3. Could you please provide a screenshot of full error message to me for checking?

    Thanks,

    Anna
