PowerApps & SharePoint Online - List data not showing in PowerApps

I've attempted to create multiple PowerApps based on SharePoint Online lists to no avail.  Both PowerApps and SP Online are part of the same O365 environment.  Initially I tried using a list we have in production that has many fields and a custom form created using InfoPath.  When this failed I figured it must be to do with our list.  So I've tried created PowerApps by creating a brand new list in SharePoint and the same issues persist.  I'll try my best to explain the behavior below.

My apps will connect to my SP list, but none of the fields I expect are available.  Only some default fields show.  Also, there are a couple records in this list and should show up as examples within the editor, and when I run the app.  Which they do not.  Here's a view from my PowerApps editor:

Is there something basic I'm missing?  Please help!

    Hi Andy,

To better understand your problem, I create PowerApps from SharePoint Online >Frequent sites >Site contents >List >PowerApps >Create an app >get the list

If you can’t get your list, you can try View >Data sources >Add data source >Click Your SharePoint email account >Enter the SharPoint URL for the location of your list.

Then you can try the steps of creating PowerPoint or customize forms.

If you still can't see the field, we suggest you post a thread in the PowerApps Community as it is the specific community for PowerApps related questions.

    Hope this help you.

    Regards,

    Eli
