Pleading Paper

Question

I would like to make some pleading paper that actually works.

it should address the following issues:

1.  the line numbers should be on double space for Times New Roman 12 point type.

2.  the paper size is 8.5 x 11

3.  double spaced typing

4.  Pages numbered consecutively at the bottom.

5.  1 inch margins top and bottom. Right and Left.  Page numbers are to be in left margin.

6.  Thin vertical line up left margin.  Numbers to the left of line.

7.  Line numbers to line up with typing double space.

I am a busy person.  Microsoft please help.  Everyone would be very thankful.  I would rather just have a template than figure it out myself.
