Excel survey multiple choice multiple answer question

I am making a survey in Excel survey. I would like to ask a multiple choice question, where the answer can be as many of the choices that I display is there a way to do that. In other words, a check all that apply type of question

Microsoft 365 and Office | Excel | For home | Windows

    I dont want it to say all the above answers would be 

    sad

    supported

    anxious 

    you would never choose all of the above

    I mean make one of the multiple choice answers say "all of the above". That's a very typical choice for multiple choice questions.

    Unfortunately, the Survey feature is very limited in what it offers.

    Couldn’t you just add one at the bottom that says “all of the above” as one of the choices.
