Pivot Data changes, refreshed pivot table filter name doesn't change

I've updated the name of one of my categories in my original data set.  I refreshed my pivot table and the new name shows up, but it still shows up in the filter list of the pivot table (along with the new name).  Can someone help me to get the name that no longer exists in my data off of my pivot filter list?

Right click on Pivot > Pivot table options > Under Data tab, set red zone to none
