Map function in Excel for Mac - problem with data labels

If I enter the data below, and plot it in Excel using the Map function, and then add data labels that include the country name and number, it only works for some countries. I get no label at all for the UK and S Korea and only an "S" for S Africa.

How do I ensure I get data labels for all countries covered? It seems to be a bug whereby data labels are only shown if the country has a big enough land mass to show it, which makes it impossible to show data labels, even just numbers, for countries with small land masses.

Australia 25
South Korea 51
South Africa 57
United Kingdom 66
United States 326
India 1,339
China 1,386

Hi Jonathan,

The label cannot be shown if there is not enough space to put the text on the map. You are still able to hover the cursor above the location to see the details about it.

If you want to show labels of all the items in a map, we suggest you give feedback in Excel UserVoice. UserVoice is the best way to give the feedback to Product Group, as it actively monitored by them and many new features have been implemented from our customers' feedback.

Regards,

Alex

Thank you. I wish to copy the chart into a static document, so the hover feature doesn't help in this instance. I have posted a suggestion on UserVoice as you propose.
