hello, I was transferred here to speak to you.  I downloaded Microsoft outlook app on my iphone 6 plus because my employer has requested I use this app for our email.  the app will no open.... amessage comes up..DEVICE PASSCODE REQUIRED Your organization requires you to enable a device passcode to access this app.  OK....after I press OK, the app just closes.

I have uninstalled and installed

rebooted my phone

opted out of GMAIL (my personal email) two step verification

called APPLE and they said it was not their issue...it's an app issue.

Please note.....the app is installed on my phone HOWEVER, OUTLOOK does not appear in my NOTIFICATIONs in SETTINGS

    Do you have a device passcode set to get onto your phone?

    If you do not, then you will not be able to use the Outlook app, since the Admins at your company have made that a requirement.
