When I try to make a purchase in the Office 365 portal I receive the following message:

Sign-in required

For security reasons, please sign in again.

If you receive this notification again, a specific browser seeting is preventing you from using this page.....

The user management page shows me the below errors:

Exchange: Could not convert property UsageLocation to type CountryInfo. Error while converting string 'XK' to result type Microsoft.Exchange.Data.Directory.CountryInfo: The ISO-3166 2-letter country/region code or friendly name "XK" does not represent a country/region.; Exchange: An unknown error has occurred. Refer to correlation ID: bf02018e-10ea-4fe6-aa7a-69f40fd4fca5;

Please, can someone explain to me how to fix the above?

Thank you

    Hi Vam,

    As the message suggested "a specific browser seeting is preventing you from using this page", I suggest you try the followings:

    1. If you could do it in the browser before, you may try sign out from the browser and clear cache. After that, you can check if it works via re-signing into it.
    2. If the above method doesn't work, you can try with another browser (IE, Chrome or Firefox, it depends on your OS).

    If the issue persists, I'd like to collect the following information so that we can move forward:

    1. 2 screenshots about the notification messages of Office 365 purchase page and user management page.
    2. The account you are using to sign into the 2 pages.

    In consideration of protecting your privacy, it is recommended that you provide the above information in the Private Message (PM) via https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/privatemessage/new

    Please be noted that I may need to collect more information from your side if it is necessary for troubleshooting the issue. So, we thanks for your cooperation here firstly.

    Regards,

    Alan
