Been trying to migrate an IMAP mailbox to Office 365 but keep getting the below

No sure where to look.  Similar posts on this forum I have seen point to a folder hierachy build but I do not get that far here. Please advise

    Thanks for post your query here.

    The issue on your side should be not pointed to folder hierarchy build. Can I know the entire error logs please? For privacy concern, I have sent you a Private Message to collect it. You can open your community profile and then click View private message to access it.

    Meanwhile, please also let us know if you are use the way to do this migration: IMAP migration in the Office 365 admin center?
