Authenticator not restoring my backup

Hi,
I tried everything but I can't restore my backup
I setup my all accounts in Microsoft authenticator then I reset my phone. After installing it again and my all accounts are gone. I tried to reinstall it and went to restore back up option before logging in but still nothing is showing. Kindly please MS support check my authenticator backup history and do something I have Many important accounts and now I can't access.
I contacted to your support earlier but they just gave me this forum link and said they only work for passwords and other stuff but not authenticator.
I'm really stuck in this from many days. Help me.
