OneDrive Refresh

I'm running Windows 10 with a Notebook and PC ( both 6 months old ). The distance between these is 9 metres. I am running a Fast NBN service. When I upload a File from my PC to OneDrive and then walk 9 metres to my Notebook the Files aren't there.  Up until last month, I could open the Notebook and see the files immediately on OneDrive.  Now I am waiting hours, today I actually stopped using OneDrive as it was quicker to use a usb drive. 8 hours later the files begin to appear.

Is there a Refresh or method to speed up the process or should I just forget OneDrive and check one of the others ones?
