How to edit already submitted form

My project requires to create a form template. The issue I am dealing with is the ability to go back in a few days after the form is submitted and provide the results back to the team. Is there a way to do it? Does anyone knows how to build the work around this? Thank you,

    Hi IsabellaS_555,

In Microsoft Forms, once the response is submitted, it can't be edited. If you are the creator of the Form, you can edit the responses once you export it to Microsoft Excel. This link provides information on how you can view the results in Microsoft Form.

To edit the results in Excel, Follow these steps:

    1. Go to Microsoft Forms.
    2. Click the form and then click on Responses.
    3. Click on Open in Excel button.
    4. Open the Excel file, and then click on Enable Editing button. ![](https://learn-attachment.microsoft.com/api/attachments/5fcf4a04-bfff-46f5-b90d-e8cc73dbfed5?platform=QnA
