Delay error in OneDrive

Hello

For 10 days I experience strange errors with OneDrive. It stops syncing because of some delays. I have a Russian language in OneDrive and this is the error in Russian.

Internet connection hasn't changed (Onlime Rostelecom 20/20Mbps, Moscow, no VPN). Speedtest says that New York ping is 128 ms, 10/10Mbps

I would like to try to ping onedrive server but don't know which ip is used.

PS when I change connection to 4G Beeline the problem doesn't change.

PS Windows 8.1, Office 365, Onedrive personal.

Thank you

Run both ping and tracert against onedrive.live.com

    ping onedrive.live.com

    tracert onedrive.live.com

    Connection is good.

But sometimes I can't get access to some resources. Like appear.in or hypercomments. Only VPN helps.

Can I ping onedrive servers to check if my connection is ok?

    Thank you for your answer.

I restarted OneDrive (on Windows 8.1 it worked with that command)

    1. SkyDrive /shutdown
    2. SkyDrive /reset
    3. SkyDrive

It took nearly half a day to sync all files again.

But the problem is here: OneDrive stops due to delays. Unfortunately.

Is it possible to try something else?

Try to reset your Onedrive (Please note that no data will be lost because of below step)

Windows Key+R > Copy the below and paste and Enter

    %localappdata%\Microsoft\OneDrive\onedrive.exe /reset

After few minutes start Onedrive again. if this doesn't appear, copy the below and paste into Run and Enter

    %localappdata%\Microsoft\OneDrive\onedrive.exe
