i don't know the reason but know i have to separate the different parameters of a formula with a coma instead of the usual semi colon. could you help me?

Type intl.cpl in Windows Start Search box (Cortana) > Click intl.cpl > Additional Settings > Adjust your list separator in Numbers tab

By default, Excel uses the system list separator. But you can change this within Excel itself. See Cambiare il carattere utilizzato per separare le migliaia o i decimali
