Sharepoint - button "keep me signed in" is missing!

I signed out of my SharePoint account to temporarily allow another worker to sign in on the same computer to their account.  Now when I sign in, there is NO "keep me signed in" button - which also means that ALL of my Mapped Drives (which is the only way our organization keeps us networked) are no longer connected.  I have checked multiple times and our home page is still in "Trusted Sites".  I cannot reconnect to whichever drive I need every single time.  This worked fine until the sign-out / sign-in 2 days ago.

Please help with laymen's terms solutions or provide detailed steps if it's not exceedingly obvious!  I'm good with computers but I'm not a programmer, which many answers here seem to assume.

Thank you!

And maybe even MS will answer????  Doubtful, but one can hope......

Hi ACM0055,

It seems that you lose access to your mapping folder from SharePoint Online as well as access to Office 365 online service. Is this the exact issue you meet?

If so, please refer to this article to re-setup the connection.

How to configure and to troubleshoot mapped network drives that connect to SharePoint Online sites in Office 365

Meanwhile, Please try the following to see and let us know the result.

  1. Clear IE cache via Tools>Safety>deleting browser history and reset IE (do the similar steps in other browsers).
  2. Restart the computer.
  3. Trust the site with IE and remove the site list in IE.
  4. Remove all Windows credentials in Control Panel.

In addition, check if the ADFS Single Sign-On settings are configured correctly.

For your reference: AD FS Single Sign-On Settings

If that is not your scenario, please share us with the following information via Private Message:

  1. Detailed error screenshots step-by-step starting from opening related Office 365 services to where error occurs.
  2. Your account information.
  3. Your device OS version.
  4. Browsers you have tried.

Note:

Whether "Keep me signed in" prompts or not won't affect your ability to access related Office 365 services.

Regards,

Moja
