Workflow instance URL is showing error

Hi Team,

I just initiates the workflow and the workflow instance page is showing the below error. This error is showing up from yesterday only.

"We can't find that workflow. Completed instances are automatically cleaned up after 30 days. "

Please find below the Correlation id. Could you please share the logs.

    Hi Vidhyalakshmi,

    We do not provide our logs directly to the user. Can you let us know what job this workflow is used for? This can help us narrow down the issue.

    We would also like to know if the workflow has worked correctly before and if other workflows are also experiencing the same error.

    If the workflow was working correctly before, we would like to know what changes you have made to the library. For instance, based on a related error, a user finds that deleting a column affected the workflow and results in the error you provided.
