Nested distribution lists

So distribution group A contains distribution group B & distribution group C

B Contains distribution group D and distribution group E

C contains distribution group F and distribution group G

With one powershell command referencing only A I need to get all members of D, E, F and G

Microsoft 365 and Office | Subscription, account, billing | For home | Windows
