Can't pass authentication to access shared folder

I have 2 workstations, both with windows 10 pro 21H1. Both of them have shared folders, while first one has MS account and its password as protection and the second one has different MS account and Windows Hello (pin code) as protection. While connecting from second machine to first I have to enter 5 first letters of MS account and its password to gain access. However there is no way for me to pass authentication in order to connect to second machine. I have tried all possible options, first 5 letters and full account name with and without "outlook.com" as username combined with password or pin code. I have also disabled password protected sharing, but I still asks to fill credentials. I don't have any other MS/local accounts. The problem appears only because of Windows Hello.
Is there any option to access shared data without removal of pin code?
Thanks.

Solved this. The reason was a bug, which made Windows think that my account has no password entirely, but simultaneously like it was still protected by password. Re-addition of account solved this. I have not configured Windows Hello though, but all data sharing features seems to work properly now. Just to notice that any manipulation with password stored inside windows with administrative tools had no effect.
