    It means you have a new computer with the "store" version of Office installed. You can either repair the Office install (Settings > Apps & Features) or uninstall it and install the click-to-run version from office.com.

    Note: if you uninstall and are using Outlook, it will delete your Outlook profile. If you use an IMAP account, export the Calendar & Contacts to CSV files before uninstalling.
