Thanks for your advice.

The problem is solved, I delete the office folder "C: \ Program Files (x86) \ Microsoft Office \ Office16" and I copy the Office16 folder from another post to the Powerpoint run.

    Hello Kenny,

Are you using a personal computer or a work (domain) computer?

It is possible that the computer or the user account profile that you're using has insufficient rights to perform the installation, or start-up programs are having conflicts with the installation. If you're using a work computer, it is best to contact your I.T. department for proper assistance.

However, if you're using a personal computer, I recommend performing the following methods before installing the Office app:

Note: The methods are listed in order. Kindly move to the next method if the previous one doesn't help the issue.

    Method 1:

Perform a clean boot in Windows

    Method 2:

Run the Windows 10 update troubleshooter.

    Method 3:

Use easy fix tool to completely uninstall any recent installation attempts.

Please respond to this thread to let me know how the issue progresses. Similarly, if you have more questions, please inform me by replying to this post.
