Are you using a personal computer or a work (domain) computer?
It is possible that the computer or the user account profile that you're using has insufficient rights to perform the installation, or
start-up programs are having conflicts with the installation. If you're using a work computer, it is best to contact your
I.T. department for proper assistance.
However, if you're using a personal computer, I recommend performing the following methods before installing the Office app:

Perform a clean boot in Windows

Run the Windows 10 update troubleshooter.
Method 3:
Use easy fix tool to completely uninstall
any recent installation attempts.
