Hi all,
Recently, Excel team announced that the Power Pivot will be available in all Windows editions (“SKUs”) of Excel!
This is the announcement.
So, after the latest updates to the Office 365, I've noticed that the Power Pivot is added to in Data Tool group as the below screenshot.
But, when I try to open it, I see this message.
If I press Enable button, another message pops up as follows.
I have reinstalled Office, but the issue has not been resolved!
What is the problem?

Can you try online repair -
Windows Key+I > Apps > Locate Office & click > Modify > Quick repair / Online repair
Can you open Excel > File > Options > Add-ins > Whether Power pivot is appearing under Active add-ins or not?
I did that before, but nothing happens, and when I go back to the COM add-ins, the checkbox of the Power Pivot reverts back to the unchecked status!
This same is true for the other COM add-ins!
Now beneath you have Manage: box > Select com add-ins > Go > Check Power pivot > OK
