Guys,

I've created a form which is fine but I have selected the 'choice' option and its created a drop down list.  This is perfect but when I try to create another drop down via 'choice' if only allows me to select radio buttons as a option rather than a drop down lists.  See below question one which is how I want the choice to look.  However, every other time I try to recreate this it only offers radio buttons .  Can someone help?

    Hi Craig,

Thanks for posting on our forum.

Based on my test, I would like to explain that it is not feasible to create the drop down list on Microsoft Forms.

Given the situation, we welcome and encourage you to share your ideas through User Voice. It is the best way to perfect our products and services. Many features have been developed or upgraded directly from your ideas:

create an option to allow for people in your organization to be a drop down list answer.

If you have created the drop down list on Microsoft Forms, could you please provide the detailed steps?

    Thanks for your understanding.

    Qing

I would avoid Msft Forms - as you can see, Msft doesn't seem to know much about them. It's their rather poor attempt to copy the Google docs forms concept ( a form based on a spreadsheet) but as usual with Msft has far more limitations and problems. If you need a SP form, create a list.
