office error code 5.7.133

Question

I receive an email that email was undeliverable because the distribution group, security group or office is not configured correctly. It says to go to Exchange Admin Center but doesn't tell where to find it. Help!!

May I know the email address you received the non-delivery report (error) is Office 365 for Business account? Since based on my understanding, it's an error bounced back from Office 365. You can provide the entire NDR to us in PM as my first reply for further check. If you are not using Office 365 for Business account, you can contact your mail service provider to check this for you.

Regarding the error code, you should contact your Office 365 admin to check it in Exchange admin center if you are not an admin. And for the error, you can refer to following link to fix it:
