I have a new pc with O365Home and wish to import my customisations for Word from my old Win10/Office2010 machine.
I have done this many times in the past to various Win10/2010 with no issues.
But in O365 I import the export.ui and the new tab appears but there are no sub-groups that should be there, and the ribbon is blank.
Any help please :)

all the components of my Ribbon now appear and work
Maybe it needed a reboot? or maybe it was just shy for a time?
