Office 365 Exchange Online is disabled.

Question

Unable to login my outlook account. Getting this error. Could you please help me to fix this error.

AADSTS7000112: Application '00000002-0000-0ff1-ce00-000000000000'(Office 365 Exchange Online) is disabled

Are you using an Exchange online mailbox or Outlook mailbox?

If you are using Exchange online, please inform your admin to check whether your mailbox is blocked.
If you are using Outlook mailbox, you could get support from Outlook forum.

Try this (This issue occurs if the Service Principal for the Exchange Online application is disabled for the tenant.) :
