Problem installing visio 2016 standard

I am not able to install Visio 2016 standard.

Laptop is windows 7 and office 365 standard installed.

Even when I uninstalled office 365 on advice of internal helpdesk, setup still fails

    Uninstall Office using Easy Fix tool and install Visio. (Make sure to backup your Outlook related data)
