According to the error message, I suggest you try the following steps to check the permission of folder:
- Select the folder.
- Click details>select Manage Access>select Advanced.
- Click Check permission>type the user’s name.
If the user still can’t sync the folder, I need to collect the following information for further analysis:
- The screenshot of error message.
- Check if all files can’t be synced.
- Did the user is the owner of OneDrive?
- Check if all users meet the issue.
- Did the folders are shared by other people or created by himself?
