OneDrive Corrupt

I cannot connect to Office 365 OneDrive from ANY device. I cannot upload or see my files online from ANY browser or ANY internet connection.

Please DO NOT tell me to reset OneDrive. I have done that about a dozen times over the past week. I have even tried to access it from a NEW CLEAN install of Windows.

The problem is NOT my computer. The problem is with my OneDrive account itself. Form the same computer I have no problems accessing my work OneDrive account.

I have trying to fix these for several weeks. Can someone at Microsoft please fix this?

Thanks, but I don't think you read my original post. I have already uninstalled OneDrive and all of Office 365 several times. I completely reloaded Windows and downloaded everything TODAY - I would hope that is the latest and greatest :) - nothing has changed. I cannot open or save files with Office 365 Online.

The PROBLEM is the OneDrive server or account itself.

I have been through that link several times.

And no I cannot see the files through internet explorer. I can login in with no problem, just five dots scrolling across the top of the screen - nothing in files, nothing in the recycle bin. Same result with Chrome (although Chrome times out and says "Something Went Wrong"). Same from my android cell phone.

I have done a clean install of Windows and then a clean install of office 365, so no there are no curropt or missing files on the pc.

And I can login to one drive online, but 90% of the time it does not show ANY files, just spins the 5 dots across the top of the screen for hours. When it does manage to show a file, if I try and open it with office 365 online, it fails.

The online versions of office cannot see or write to OneDrive. I get the same results from my android phone.

Lets try to To completely uninstall OneDrive:

    1. Open Command Prompt in Administrator mode: Right-click on the Windows icon in the taskbar and select Command Prompt (Admin).

    2. Type in taskkill /f /im OneDrive.exe to terminate any OneDrive processes and hit Enter.

    3. Then type in either %SystemRoot%\System32\OneDriveSetup.exe /uninstall if you’re using 32-bit Windows 10 or %SystemRoot%\SysWOW64\OneDriveSetup.exe /uninstall if you’re using 64-bit Windows 10 and hit Enter.

After that restart the pc and dowload the latest version from this link:https://support.office.com/en-us/article/new-on...

Try to configure your account and let me know if works.
