Hi,
Im getting the following error "An error occurred while opening your project. Give us a few minutes and try again. If this happens again, contact your administrator." while trying to open one of Microsoft project plan.
not sure what the issue is and how should I resolve it. can you please advice?

sorry for the delay and thanks for the feedback!
Im back to business, not sure what happened but for some reason the online 365 project is back and I dont experience the error anymore.
so you can consider this issue as a resolved.

It sounds like there was some type of glitch on your internet or server connection. I'm glad you got it working again and thanks for the feedback.

Have you tried John's solution to check your Project version and the location the file saved, and tried restarting Project and see if this issue has been fixed? If there is any update, please come back and share with us.

It would help to know which version of Project you are using. Also, is the file that won't open stored locally (i.e. on your PC) or on a remote server?
Can you create a new Project file, save it, close Project, re-start Project and open the file?
