Access Denied to SharePoint even though access was granted by admin

Hi,

I have been able to access a Microsoft SharePoint site as an external user in the past. Yesterday, when I tried to access it, i got a message saying access is denied. I contacted the SharePoint admin and he said I still have FULLpermission. I asked him to remove me and re-add me to see. He did that and I received an email notification saying i was added. When i copied and pasted the link in private browsing and logged in with the same credentials, i got an'access denied' message. Please help!

    You can check the steps in the article to see the result.

    In addition, I need to confirm which group the administrator added you to or where did he/she set the permission for you.
