Taskbar has not updated

So I have updated to the windows os 11 vs-22000.100 and since update the taskbar has not updated to the windows 11 taskbar and has retained the windows 10 bar which I dont believe is the right thing that should have happened. Due to this my search and windows start menu has completely been disabled. I have also tried the search bar troubleshooter

    Hello,

    Try upgrading to a newer build released today, i.e. 22000.120, see if it resolve the issue.

    I also encountered the same problem. After using DISM tool to make multi-language image, the installation entered the audit mode, and the taskbar was displayed as windows10 bar. However, after clicking sysprep tool to package, OOBE completed and entered the system, and the taskbar became windows11 bar
