Powerpoint Textbox keeps moving upon open

Hi,

Running into an odd issue in which several textboxes are moving position whenever I reopen the file.

All textboxes are in the same position via the Masterslide, and the master slide IS NOT moving whenever I reopen the file.

It's nothing much, they are all simply shifting to the left, but nothing I do seems to make a different, even after re-applying the correct layout and saving the correct properties.

Any ideas why this is happening?

Thanks.

To me, it sounds like you adjusted the size in page setup after making the master slide.

    Hi RS414,

Thanks for posting in our forum. We will try our best to provide support for you.

To better address this concern, could you please share the following information?

    1. Your detailed OS version and Office version(PowerPoint>About PowerPoint). We will test in the same Office version to see the outcome.
    2. Regarding the Masterslide, do you mean that you insert a custom layout in the Slide Master view? If so, how about choosing the affected slide and set the layout again to see the outcome?
    3. Please create a new custom layout in the affected presentation to test.
    4. Please create a new presentation to confirm whether this behavior occurs with all the files.
    5. Did PowerPoint work properly previously? If so, did you make any changes like installing or updating some software? Please open your Mac in safe mode and launch PowerPoint to see the outcome.
