Here is the scenario I am seeing: Shared email recalls a message. Personal email box was not listed on the original or recalled email. shared mailbox gets a recall success email from personal email box. This does not happen with other members on the shared email box.
The Microsoft admin at my work has not been able to help.

Before going further, please help me check if I have any misunderstanding about your issue. I'm trying to retell your issue:
You sent an email message to several users via the send as permission of the shared mailbox and then recalled this email messages. However, the shared mailbox would receive notification message from your personal mailbox which was not add as recipient in the original email message. Right?
If this is your case,
Can you still reproduce this scenario now? If so, have you ever checked if this specific "Personal email box" has indeed received the original email message before the recall operation?
I tried lots of tests in my environment but could not successfully reproduce your issue. Please try the test I mentioned above and if you have any updates, feel free to share with us here.
