Error code 0x2

I've made the mistake of moving the placement of my OneDrive Notebook to another location on my Onedrive (the same Onedrive).

I now get the errorcode 0x2 which prevents syncronization.

I've tried opening the file in the new location online, and it does not have all my notes.

I've done a manual security copy by using files>options.

How can I assign the new location without loosing my newest notes?

I want it to synchronize to the new location on my OneDrive and still have all my notes.

thanks
