Problem Installing Office 365

Question

I had problems launching my Office 365 products. I first tried repairing it without success. Then I uninstall Office 365 and tried to reinstall several times. But each time after downloading 58% I get a message that:

Something Went Wrong

We Ran Into A Problem

Go Online For Additional Help

Error Code: 30088-4

I went to online but nothing helps. Nothing on the Microsoft site helps. Can anyone please help me.

Use the option:

Office > I have problems installing Office

Thank  you so much for your prompt responses. Much appreciated.

I have tried all your suggestions before but I tried again this time and I get the same problem.

Funny thing is I have been using Office 365 for a long time. It is only now that I am encountering this problem.

Maybe something wrong with my PC. I will have to consult a technician to try to solve my problem unless somebody else has other suggestions.

Try downloading the Office again.
