Como puedo arreglar problemas con windows update troubleshooter

estoy teniendo algunos problemas de actualizacion, cuando corro el Troubleshooter me sale estos mensajes:

1. Complete the logon process failed.

2) You might neet to sign up with this network's ISP to get access to the internet.

3) Connections to webpages are currently being redirected to a different webpage.

no se como arreglarlo, la conexion a internet esta bien, puedo entrar a cualquier sitio.
Fuera de esto he tenido que borrar manualmente varias veces las descargas de actualizacion porque se quedaba congelado windows update en el 0 por ciento
