Error msg in 365 migration tool.

Question

Hi,

Two of our admin users are having problems in the Exchange admin center | Dashboard | migration.

Other admins don't have this problem.

Any one seen something like this and might have a solution?

It's been fine until yesterday, now two admins are having a popup error msg saying the following:

Hello Kristofer,

Thanks for your post in the forum. I understand that the you see the error message when clicking the “migration” tab in the EAC. Have you tried other browsers? Please try other browsers first to see if there is any difference.

If the issue persists in different browsers, what permissions the 2 affected admins have? Please compare the permissions of the affected and unaffected admins, then let me know the differences. You can assign them the same admins to see if it works. You can also re-assign them the admin permissions to see if it helps.

If the suggestion above doesn’t work, please let me know:

2. Capture a screenshot of the entire error message(including the interface) for further check.
3. Please provide the tenant information via private message.
