OneDrive doesn't start automatically

Hi,

My OneDrive doesn't start automatically everytime I turn my computer on/off (running on Windows 10, Office 365). I have tried:

-go to onedrive settings and click on the 'start onedrive automatically when i sign in to windows'. Outcome: doesn't work. this setting disable itself when i rebooted my laptop. Why?

-go to task manager, and startup menu and have microsoft onedrive enable. Outcome: same as above. when the laptop rebooted, i can't even see onedrive on the startup's menu.

-re-install one drive.

Any ideas on how do I fix this problem?

p/s: everytime i turn on my laptop, i have to manually start onedrive for it to synchronise my folders.

Thank you

Zul

    Hi Zul Idris,

I have downloaded F-secure safe client and check in it.

Please check if you have quarantined or blocked OneDrive: Tools> App and file control> Quarantined/Blocked.

    Best Regards,

    Gloria

I have no idea about F-Secure, so unable to guide you. Or some other expert who has knowledge of this, can guide.

    Hi Vijay,

I am using F-secure client security antivirus and to be honest I am not sure if it is blocking onedrive from restarting. May I know how do I check this?
