Cannot get access from admin to Microsoft Project

My admin gave me access to Microsoft Project on his account, however my account still says I require access approval

Microsoft 365 and Office | Access | For home | Windows

Hi Solomon Lindsay,

To understand the issue better, we would like to confirm the following information:

  1. Provide the screenshot of your Office 365 Subscriptions page. You can access this page via this link, sign in with your work or school account, if required.
  2. While sharing the PWA site, what permission is assigned to you by your admin?
  3. Do you get the error when you click Project tile from App launcher in Office 365 portal?
  4. A screenshot of the entire page where you see the error?

    You have really not given us enough information to answer your question.  Are you talking about the Microsoft Project desktop application?  If so, what version?  2010, 2013, or 2016?  Or are you talking Project Online, the enterprise project management application?  Please let us know and we will try to help you.
