Excel encountered errors during save

I received an error while trying to save my Excel workbook.  I use this file daily and saved earlier but when I updated the file again and save I received the error while saving my workbook.  Why did I receive the error now when I was able to save the file earlier?  What is the Fix?

Can you try signing out of excel under File->Account. Then restart your computer and open excel and sign back in. Does that fix it?

    Errors were detected while saving to the OneDrive.  Microsoft Excel may be able to save the file by removing or repairing some features.  To make the repairs in a new file, click Continue.

    I clicked Continue but Excel was not able to repair the file.
