Pivot table drill-down glitch

Can you provide a solution for my problem with pivot table? I have Excel Professional plus 2016 at work, and this glitch is impairing my work.

For some data fields in pivot table, when I double click to open up a new sheet with detail, it's pulling additional information than what's shown in the pivot table.

When I double click on highlighted "1", it pulls data as below..

Microsoft 365 and Office | Excel | For home | Windows

    it should only show 1 line item instead of 3.

    That’s the normal behaviour when drilling in on a pivot table. It shows all of the source data filtered by the pivot table.
