Windows Server 2012 password reset without logging in to do it.

I am trying to reset my password (forgot it) for my Windows Server 2012. It asks me to sign in, in order to do anything. This is through the dashboard. And I have no access to anything until I do. How do I reset my password without logging in? So I CAN log in.
