If anyone stumbles across this I ensured that the group policy that is automatically created during the IPAM configuration process was scoped to the dhcp servers. Then i manually added them using the IPAM admin console.

On step 4 and 5 of IPAM provisioning I noticed that my DHCP servers are not being discovered. The DHCP servers currently contain no scopes and are not authorized. Is this behavior expected?
