Android Work Profile can't access photos from local media

So I have samsung device in workprofile mode enrolled. In work profile, I have OneDrive for Business. The problem is, that local photos are not discovaralbe by OneDrive for Business, it doesn't access local media. Is this by design? How I can get personal photos synced with OneDrive for Business from a work profile side?

    I think I god it. I had Conditional Access setup for Office apps which requires managed device. I now limited it only to apply to Windows and now I can access files from OneDrive.

    For our problem, I have done some research. OneDrive cannot obtain local personal data.

    The official document shows that when you manage an Android Enterprise personally-owned or corporate-owned work profile device with Intune, you don't manage the entire device. Management capabilities only affect the work profile that is created on the device during enrollment. All Android apps and data outside the Android enterprise portion of the device remain personal and under the control of the end user. Please refer to:
