Hello

I cannot access my emails and when I try to access them this error shows up," We couldn't find a mailbox for this recipient. Either they don't have a mailbox or don't have a license assigned" .The email address is licenced to the organization that I am part of .I have been using the mail box for 5 years plus. Only now its giving me an error.

Greetings. 

May I know whether you are an Office 365 user which you mentioned it gives the error "We couldn't find a mailbox for this recipient. Either they don't have a mailbox or don't have a license assigned"? If so, you can refer to Leonard's reply to check whether the user has been soft deleted or check if it can be restored. Please be noted that you may need to contact your admin for help as the detailed performance needs to be done by an admin. Also, a screenshot about the error is also appreciated.

    Hi

    I have the same problem only I can open in Chrome but not Edge. It seems strange when it is a Microsoft email.

    I contacted the admin and the issue was resolved I don't know how they resolved it.

    Hi Sache,

    Login in portal.azure.com / Users / DELETED

    you can restore in next 30 days your user if you are the admin
